In my therapeutic work, my aim is precisely to support my patients in (re)discovering their inner strengths, building up their own resources, understanding their feelings and developing ways in which they can better deal with difficult situations. Because even if the \u201estorm\u201c is raging outside, something should grow inside that provides support: Self-confidence, courage, emotional stability and strength. \u00a0<\/div>

Working with children, adolescents and young adults is particularly important to me. Children are at the beginning of their lives and due to their developmental age, the resources available to them and the demands of this specific phase of life, they often feel overwhelmed and are overwhelmed by their worries and needs.<\/p>

Adolescence and young adulthood are characterized by developmental tasks, transitions, the development of autonomy, self-discovery, extreme emotions and neuronal restructuring processes in the brain. During this sensitive and vulnerable phase, challenges in everyday life can quickly lead to excessive demands, which can express themselves in a wide variety of symptoms, such as withdrawal, listlessness, despondency, self-doubt and psychosomatic complaints. In such phases, psychotherapy can be a support, as psychotherapy offers a space in which reorientation, self-understanding and working through inner conflicts can be possible, far away from judgment and external expectations. With respect and empathy, I try to create new perspectives and individual solutions together with children, adolescents and adults in this protected environment, so that self-determined and healthy development is possible.<\/p>
